Our
interactive 'mix and match' training sessions cover the
multitude of skills needed for staff to be effective in
a busy working environment. Each ‘pack’ contains three
50 minute modules, but you can swap these around to suit your needs.
For complete
flexibility, either select a complete pack or design
your own sessions. Some people choose to run lunchtime
workshops and we're happy to discuss this popular option
with you.

How we work
We
provide innovative, highly interactive in-house training
solutions for organisations across London and the south
east. In the first instance, we like to chat over the
phone or, if possible, meet you for a coffee so we can
find out exactly what you need. This ensures that the
sessions you book are tailored precisely to match your
requirements and are presented in a manner that fits
your corporate culture.
Training training training
We
charge a fee for the session, not per delegate.
Ideally, sessions are run for 10 people, but we won’t
charge you extra if you send 12 delegates along.
This maximum number ensures we can work in a relaxed,
open and informal environment. Our interactive yet
practical delivery enables everyone to enjoy the
session. In our experience, most people don’t like role
play, so we prefer facilitated group games and relevant
individual and team exercises to make the day fun,
challenging and enjoyable for everyone.
The cost
includes a set of comprehensive course notes for each
person and all the training materials – even if we have
to adjust them to suit your particular industry.
Additionally, we offer
Treasure Seekers and Forest of Time Team Development
Games - to run as a half-day session, or for you to
buy.
At
present, we don’t run open courses.
